Top Four Saddest Breakups According to Me

With the recent Justin Bieber- Selena Gomez split, celebrity relationships gets everyone buzzing, just look Perez Hilton’s posts all about "Jelena" being over. As a hopeless romantic, following famous lovers is something I find myself doing constantly. That may (and probably does) sound creepy, but seeing them together being all cute fills my heart with joy. However, when the happy days come crashing down, so do I. Here are the four relationships that had me eating ice cream from the tub and ugly crying over everything.
FOUR COUPLE BREAK UPS THAT HAD ME BAWLING:

1:  TAYLOR SWIFT AND…. EVERYONE

From Joe Jonas to John Mayer, poor Taylor Swift just couldn't catch a break. And with a song coming from each one, the sad reality of her heart being broken results in me dancing to each cheesy song and sobbing at the same time.

2: RUSSELL BRAND AND KATY PERRY

WHY?! Pretty sure I was the only one in my whole household upset over this one. My step mom would constantly say how Katy was so much better than Russell, but their weirdness made me so happy. Even post break up their love is remaining, seeing as how Russell spoke so highly of Katy in his interview with Ellen Degeneres. How cute is that?

3: RACHEL AND ROSS

I know, it's not a real life relationship, but come on how perfect can two people be for one another! Sure they broke up and got together almost as often as you’re supposed to brush your teeth, but when they were in love you couldn’t help but be jealous. Re-runs of Friends helped me with this one and constant reblogging from the Friends tumblr.

4: RACHEL MCADAMS AND RYAN GOSLING

The Notebook is a go-to romance movie, and when the lead lovers became a real life thing, who could not be happy with their relationship? But then when it’s over, watching the Notebook over and over and over again makes you help with acceptance that Ryan and Rachel had to go their separate ways.

Now with my rant on lovely lovers being over is done, who are your star couples that would have you melting if they broke up?

Babbling about Babel: Mumford & Sons Drop New CD

First blog post and I'm going to attack readers with my love for a group of men I listen to regularly; Mumford & Sons.

With their release of their new album- ‘Babel’, available as of September 24th, the band rewards listeners after waiting two years for new material.

Their debut album, Sigh No More – released in 2010, the folk rock quartet had me embarrassingly dancing around the house or constantly humming their hit “The Cave.”  ‘Babel’ eggs on my really bad dance moves and out of tune hums with tracks such as “Lover of the Light”, ‘Whispers in the Dark’ and the already chart climber “I Will Wait”, hitting number 2 on Billboard’s top Alternative 25.

Music Video for "I Will Wait" Published on Sep 9, 2012 by

The music video for “I Will Wait” features the group’s live performance from the Red Rocks amphitheatre in Colorado. Beauty of the outdoor venue gave the perfect setting for the energetic performance not only by the band but their audience as well. Who doesn’t love admiring outdoors while being serenaded with lights and sounds of hard hitting strings and raspy soft sounds?

Being a band that lives for touring and live performance, this video showcases how Mumford & Sons’ calm, intimate connection with their fans is received no matter how large their audience appears.

With their ‘The Tour of Two Halves’ tour announced for November, the band will be travelling around Ireland and the UK hitting up outdoor and indoor venues.  Already made success of Babel in North America has high hopes for a headlining tour with major city dates.

After Babel hit number one on UK chart’s, member of the band Ted Dwane told British Magazine, NME, “… I think we’re bigger than we ever wanted to be. I don’t think we want to get any bigger now." I have a feeling they are wrong about that.

Any new album releases you guys are stoked about?
